Knife knowledge needed

My friend's uncle gave him this set years ago. I can't find any info on this set. Any knowledge including approximate current value would be greatly appreciated.

There are a couple of Case Collectors on here who could probably help you out. I did a quick look on Ebay and the net. ????? Not much to look at. Found one site $100-125 but who knows. I would talk to some "Case" folks.
