Maybe look at HLN and BCL?
Some farms will get abandoned this year for sure.
Have already seen some farms open up in Illinois.

Think there is a way on BCL that you pay a small fee (maybe $100) and you see the leases a few days before anyone else.
Fact of the matter is that you will need to be willing to travel on very short notice to inspect the property or lease it sight unseen.
Don’t think I would do the latter. It is less about the money than it would be the loss of a year of hunting on bad land.
Happened to me - in Missouri - about 10 years ago.
