Supper this evening, pork loin with apple sauce, tater salad, corn and a biscuit in the 304.

Needed to use up some shrimp and asparagus sitting in the frig. The sauce is some sort of lemon-dill cream concoction.

No pics but we had fried pork chops, fried corn bread, mixed greens and boiled taters, old southern style eating.

Yall ate good. Worked out well on Saturday so had the same last night but with a slice of blood orange and a sip of whiskey this time.
