More River Run Fun

The wife and I hit the river for a while yesterday. We spent about half the time casting for white and yellow bass and the rest fishing live and cut shad, sometimes both…. Incredible numbers across the board of all species. She is recently retired from teaching and I think after yesterday she’s going to be wanting to tag along for more fishing trips!!

That 4x4 came in handy this time! The local feller and his tractor hadn't made it back by to clean out the launch point after it rose following the rain a few days ago. Still wasn't too bad though it did freak the wife out a little bit at first...... We barely got a shower during that deluge that Central and S. GA got that flooded the Hooch though.

You're welcome any time, holler at me!

Good thing I wasn't behind the wheel... took me 20 minutes just to turn off the head lights off on your truck so the beeper would shut up. Can't imagine try'n to put it in 4x4.

I've had that truck for almost six years and I still have to check myself on the doggone headlights about every time I get out of it!
