Added this little buck to the season count two afternoons ago. Gave me a 30 yard shot and he died about 10 yards from where he was shot.

Congratulations on one heck of a season!

Missed a giant for my area 1st week of November and hadn’t hunted all that much this year probably the least in 10/12 yrs...but headed back up after Thanksgiving Dinner so maybe I’ll get another chance to let one fly!

Funny how things work out! Flippin thru and saw my OP here from the 25th...Thanksgiving weekend has always been good to me here.

And, again this year...shot the 7 Saturday night after missing a real nice 8 kind of a sacrificial buck of sorts and I was a bit disappointed in myself then I decided to play hooky on Monday and had an encounter with one I caught a glimpse of 1st week of November!

It’s the 3rd time I’ve killed 2 bucks on Thanksgiving Weekend.
