Looks good. I do mine to 120-125, like it on rare side of medium rare.
My wife wouldn't touch a steak that bloody, hard to understand, but I burn hers, and she's happy.Yeah my gang is like medium though I prefer medium rare...the sous vide is good, but there is no replacement for a salamander like the steak houses use...wish I could have one of those in my house!
