I just got a notice from Midway that they have Federal Premium Hammerdown 220 grain 35 Remington in stock. Be aware, they are awfully proud of those bullets.

That's not bad at all compared to what I have paid for it in the not so distant past. NEver shot 220 grain, but heck Ill try it. CAn't pass up this stuff cause I never know if Ill find it again.

$55 is what I paid for Hornadays 4 years ago. 200 grain. Can’t imagine what the recoil on a 220 grain is.

Those prices made me buy a 360 Buckhammer. I bought my BH ammo for $25/box X10 boxes.

The 35 just sits. I’m tempted to get my 30-30 Marlin converted to 360 since the the Henry is a pretty heavy brick.
