Pizza on the Akorn with homemade dough stuffed crust (cheese sticks rolled up in the edge of the crust.) Marinara sauce, Pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, mozzerella, parmesan, mushrooms, peppers, onion, black olives, Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes and such. It was delicious.

What temp you run the Akorn at for pizza?

Around 350-400. I don’t really understand the super high temperatures that folks want to cook pizza at. I’ve tried that, and it doesn’t work for me. Maybe for a super thin cracker crust type it would.
