Hello everyone, wanted to ask if there are any prospectors on our forum in the west ga area. If so and anyone is interested in meeting up please get in touch.

Im up here in Polk, I played around with it a while, still haul my pan with me when we go camping and pan a few shovels out, never found very much other than fine dust. One of my friends got really into it, he's got a dredge, and other stuff, but I don't think he's done much lately either. He's in this area too

When I lived in Villa Rica, we had a small creek flowing thru our back yard and out of curiosity I bought a gold pan and dug a shovel full out of the creek and panned it out. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a few specks of flour gold. Thats the only time I've ever did it.
