Rain on opening day

So I’m planning to go with my grandsons tomorrow morning. Looks like rain and we can’t hunt in the afternoon. So I pulled out 3 sets of camo rain gear just in case

Go and enjoy. I went with my Grandson last weekend in the rain. They were gobbling like crazy. We seen a couple but couldn't make it happen. Memories we both will never forget. Good luck to you and your grandsons. Go make some memories....

Well we went out in the dark and waited. No gobbles till about 7:30 am. Had one gobble twice cutting my call off then he shut up. Next I heard him he was way off. The sky turned black and wind knocked our caps off so we we back to the house
When we got back we found out the fence guys showed up at 7:30 and probably chased our gobbler off
