Roast of the beef

Wife cooked us a little home grown beef roast in the crock pot. Turned out amazing and the pepperoncinis really add to the depth of the flavor. Paired with the cauliflower "mashed potatoes" which were actually delicious when doctored up a little. Very satisfying supper.

Looks real good. mashed cauliflower is a big hit around our house. We really enjoy it.

I'm thinking just flood it with gravy.

Gravy is nature's perfect food and goes with anything. I've even put gravy on my gravy.

My wife puts butter, sour cream, and some cream cheese in them. They are nice and creamy!

Every adult in my household except me are on continual low carb diets. I see a lot of cauliflower. Mashed and doctored up, it's not too bad. My son makes one on the smoker with sharp cheese that is downright good.
Still ain't mashed potatoes, though!
