School me on rotary cutters for a tractor

I bought a Landpride 2672 this year thru a Kubota dealer. I have only used it a few times but it has done great. Running it with a jd 5045D.

I have a John Deere 5200 with a Landpride RC2672. I would buy another in a heartbeat. Tough as nails and Kubota dealers carry parts if needed. I’ve only needed blades in 10 years

So when I look at say the Brown 416 mower, It says it requires 40 PTO HP. Does that mean that as long as your HP is over 40 you are good? What should I be looking for? My tractor is 58 hp to the PTO I believe.
