Shoal Bass Where To?

Looking to explore some new water tomorrow. Was thinking about going up to the Hwy 32 bridge and drifting down? Anyone have any knowledge to share of this area? I fish the lower part of the Flint regular from Newton down all the way to the lake. Any ideas would be great.

About a mile down after you put In you see a house on your left along with a creek, Abrams shoals runs in front of that house. That shoal is loaded with shoalies, I cut the motor and drift over those shoals and cast in the shoals and once you drift passed just carefully run up again and repeat. Also, you can pull into that creek in front of the house, anchor there and toss a catfish rig into the river and load the boat with catfish. Big nasty brim in that creek also
