No pics, but here is how I do a smoked Boston Butt.

I smoke the prepared meat for 4 hrs @ 250-275 deg on the smoker to a meat temperature of 165 deg.
Cut in big chunks. Put a little apple juice in the bottom of pot just under pot rack, put smoked meat in. Cook in the Instant Pot for 41 mins. and let the pot de-pressurize naturally. That takes about 15 to 20 mins. Let rest under foil for 30 mins. or so.
Very tender and pulls apart effortlessly! Very, very tasty in waaay less time!

What i've done before is quarter it before smoking. You get 4 times more bark and it finishes alot quicker. About 6 hours start to finish, about the same time as your method, but no additional steps or cleanup.
