Some recent sketches from the past month

Been stuck inside a lot recently if you can't tell. :bounce:

All of these are inspired by my love of outdoors of course, some are more abstract than others, some are from imagination and some are based loosely on photo references.

I figured I'd just make one big post instead of clogging up the sub-forum.

Got a lot more too, I make a habit to paint everyday.

Hope you like.

Awesome work, you are talented. I especially like the third one from the bottom, reminds me of the old-school Chinese or Japanese landscape style.

Thank you very much Bkeepr.

I use gouache and a small sketchbook when I paint outdoors, it's basically thick opaque watercolors and light areas can be painted over the dark areas much like oil or acrylic, and it's real portable and the clean up is easy peasy. All that stuff will fit in a small fanny pack or whatnot.

I'm not confident enough to pull out a big canvas and easel just yet :bounce:
