I didnt have a chance to go scalloping last week because of work. Are there still good numbers east of the light house like last year?

yeah, they're still there. look in 6-8 ft of water though

I have been getting reports that they are pretty thick this year.

Scalloped today

Yep, they are there. Went for my first time ever. Just moved here from Lake Lanier. As mentioned, they were deep, around 6 feet.
Here are some pix where we were. Not many boats today. You can see the lighthouse in one of these pix.
