The boys wanted a stack before they headed out this morning. The youngest and I whipped up a batch of my Grandma's Buttermilks since I had some left over from the cornbread yesterday.

Started with a little bacon


then started the stacks

bring it....I'll throw on another batch tomorrow. I'll even throw on wild hog sausage to go with.
I remember as a kid having to wait until all the syrup was gon out the gallon can so we could get the rock candy out the bottom....still love that stuff...the candy not so much
