Was busy this afternoon.....so broke down and hit the Zaxby's carry out.

Was not very good......but was saved by a new bottle of Hot Sauce that @Nicodemus recommended. That sauce is EXCELLENT.

Grateful for the recommendation.

Last night bday dinner. Wife ordered me Grouper something. It was good!! The mashed taters had clumps of crab meat in them. Then we took an evening walk. It’s going to be taco salad tonight with all the kids / grandkids. Love my little woman!

Wife surprised me for my birfday today with Lee Greenwood tickets. He was performing in Franklin, NC and I have seen Haywood BBQ referenced on here several times, so we headed that way. Well, of course the wife was about 30 minutes late getting ready, so we were already behind before we even left the house. We got there and there was a wait, so we had to make another decision so we weren’t late for the show.
Ended up at El Charro Mexican.
Their cheesteak burritos for me, the Nachos Texas for her.
I started on mine & the wife reminded me to take a pic-

Weren’t bad at all, but I had my mind on some good BBQ!
GON give it another try for Haywood in about 4 weeks when we go see Henry Cho’s comedy show.
