The transfer portal is not a bad thing if you need someone on your team like for depth or what you couldn't recruit!
If the rules apply to everyone the same and if you transfer more than once you need to sit a year!

What is destroying CFB is the NIL deals, you don't even have to be a PRO to be a multi-millionaire at 18-21 yrs old!
