The great thing about kayaks

Took the fly rod with me in the kayak this morning. The fishing was slow thanks to a mild cold front. The great thing about kayaks is that if the fishing is lousy, you can still get in a great cruise. I snapped a few pics this morning. It was a gorgeous.

This is on the chain of lakes where I live in Central Florida. It doesn't compare to some of the awesome scenery you guys have in Georgia, but it ain't bad.

I most always take my camera 'yak fishin'. It's amazing how close you can get to wildlife when your still and quiet,floating down a river and lookin' like just another piece of driftwood! Great way to hunt,too.
