Blackened fresh crappie filets w/ homemade tarter..sprouts tossed in feta & balsamic..squash stir fried in bacon drippings..good supper after long day!

Spaghetti and meatballs, I wanted something a little different, so I cooked up some Italian sausages, sliced em up and tossed them in a pan of sauce, it was fairly edible, I could only eat 2 plates full.

Grilled stuff. Cubed venison, asparagus, jalapeños, broccoli, and out of the freezer japanese persimmons. Canned biscuits. Nurse had rice and tomato gravy too.
