The Oracle
Got the charcoal going now. Fixing to slap this pound of Atlantic Salmon on there for somewhere between medium rare and medium.
I want the skin crispy and the flesh buttery.
Hoping for the best. Sea Salt and EVOO only.
Little dollop of sour cream. It was off the chain!

Haven't decided on a side yet.
So.. Didn't fix a side.
