These rifles are special, with a rare classic style to them. It`s the only centerfire I`ve used since the early 90`s.

I am cheap. I hunt with a CVA single shot. Those wood stocks are too rich for my blood. Especially for something I am going to take to the woods....

They sure are purty though.

I have CDS dial on the Leupold on the 300. I can regularly hit a baseball at 500 yards even with my old eyes. I will do the same with the 270 when I get a load worked up for it IF I CAN EVER FIND SOME BULLETS TO GO IN THE EMPTY BRASS I HAVE!

That 300 accounted for my best ever whitetail off our family farm last fall, AND a very good 8 point from Pako in Alabama back in January. That rifle will hold a special place from now on.

270 Nosler accubond 140 grain AND I just found AND ORDERED a bunch from Midway USA! LIFE IS GOOD!
