Recipe? Varsity chili is good stuff.
Here’s recipe
3 lb ground chuck
1 cup water
Stir water and chuck (do not brown meat)
Cover & cook on med heat 20 minutes stirring
Occasionally then add
4 TBLS chili powder
3 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Mix all
Cook med uncovered til desired consistency
Counting the forts 20 minutes took about an hour
