Smoked then fried wings and fries.
Chicken marinated in oil, garlic and lemon zest grilled and then made part of a sammich with melted provolone and topped with some homemade taziki sauce. Served up with Greek taters, lemon, dill, garlic etc
Tonight I fried up the last of the Alaskan cod from back in June along with some shrimp and fries.
