Wheeler County/Telfair County Deer Processor

Good afternoon Gentlemen - Just a quick question. We are in search of a new deer processor for the upcoming season. We would like to stay within a reasonable driving distance of Wheeler and Telfair County.

Any help or suggestions would very much be appreciated.

Nathan does outstanding taxidermy and good turnaround on processing. It is 15 miles south of McRae between Big horse creek and alligator creek.

Hunted in Wheeler County back in the 90's and Lumber City Meat did a great job. Hopefully they are still in business. Great people and did a great job.

They are still in business and that’s who we used to use. However, they are likely not processing deer this year due to some changes.
