WWI Era Cavalry

There's a panoramic photo I'm looking at possibly buying from about the WWI Era.

There is nothing written on the front except Toop "C" in the lower right corner, but the back reads:

Fish Eichelberger
"C" Cavalary
82 Law


I'm searching for information on the photo and Fish Eichelberger, but I'm guessing Fish is a nickname.
I've used Fold3, but there are 1000s of Eichelbergers.

Is there anything in this information that can be used to further research?
Or does anyone know anything about the cavalry from this era that could narrow down the search?

The pictures are terrible, it was dark and I didn't think I'd need research quality pictures at the time

That unit is currently part of the Washington National Guard. I don’t know what their affiliation was in WWI.

Excuse my lack of knowledge and terminology here, but how do you know the division?

C company 82nd Calvary regiment is what I searched.

I was hoping to nail a year/time period down better to look around at the different forts that trained cavalry during that time

We're they part of the 16th Division in WWI?
