Heading to buford dam tonight after work to fish for a few hours, any advice on what flies to use up there?

Pheasant tails, Copper Johns, Partridge & yellow (or orange), all in small sizes 16's, 18's, 20's
I've heard there are some caddis but I haven't seen them

Midges #20 Griffins Black Nat, #20 and smaller tan/beige midge
Good Luck and watch those slick rocks Check the release times I think they are doing afternoon releases most days

I always have good luck with pt's and copper johns. I like a 16-20 in these. I also use a black wooly booger alot--don't catch as many fish on wb but they are usually a little bigger. I usually use a #8 wb in black. Just depends on what you're after.

I was after whatever i could catch haha. I ended up switching through all that was recommended but the fish were not bitting. Ended up trying a brown #10 wb and caught a brown and that was all last night
