First coyote!

Well I just killed my first coyote. I am thrilled! I go back to college soon and don't have a ton of time to do something on my own, but I'd like to get a skin or hide of it if it's not ridiculously expensive. Any ideas on how much it will cost? I live in Gwinnett county in Duluth. Any thoughts or help is appreciated.

Getting that thing skinned ASAP will make your life a lot easier, be sure to split the tail all the way down. Congrats on your yote.

If you can't get started right away, roll up the hide and freeze it in a plastic bag.

Here's a pic of the yote I got this morning. Came trottin in around 8:15 and she dropped with one shot around 50 yards. It was a memorable hunt and a great morning that I won't forget. :fine:
