About to begin prepping my raised beds for spring!
Got to put out some mulch hay to begin to rot and go get some top soil pulled from the river. (I live near Blankenship sand company which dredges Etowah river for sand and piles the top soil up for anyone to get so long as they use a shovel.)
I hope to expand the gardening this year. We got two vacuum sealers now and the wife wants to help blanch and seal with me.
This years plans:
Okra, jalapenos, squash, zucchini, bell peppers, cayenne, tomatoes, and some kind of bean.
What's y'all spring plans for this year?
