If it were up to me, he would be gone. He knew what the rules were and chose to break them. I have no sympathy for any one that throws an opportunity of a like time away, because he cant stay off the weed. I believe in second chances, but he has done this before.

Me too. If you're going to put your team in jeopardy for something like that you're not a team player and you need to be gone.

That's why Kirby puts the cheerleaders in, when possible, instead of running up the score. Sooner or later, you are going to need them.
