Hi - our 2 ton heat pump system started leaking in both the condenser and evaporator coils. Since it is an R-22 system I need to replace it. The line set was pressure tested and is not supposed to leak.
I have located a Rheem 2 ton system and need it installed. The furnace is an up flow unit. I can remove the old coil and put the new one in place. I can also do the same for the outside unit. The sheet metal transition above the evaporator coil is a mess so it needs to be fabricated - I can do this if needed.
I need someone who can make the electrical connections, flush the line set and charge with refrigerant. You need to be a licensed installer for the warranty since the equipment is new and has a factory warranty.
There is good access to the evaporator coil - front & rear.
The thermostat is from the heat pump system so I am not sure if it needs replacement.
We are in zip 30062 off Holly Springs Road.
