Default remington 1100 youth replacement stock 20 gauge

HAs anyone ever replaced the stock on an 1100 20 guage with a youth or cadet sized one?

if so where did you get it from .. andhow difficult was it to do ?

I know the 1187 stock will fit, and I think the 870 butt stock will fit.

Remington used to have a website for clearance stocks and other gun parts. I just looked, and can't find it anymore. Used to be able to get mismatched synthetic stocks for next to nothing. Was thinking about ordering a youth butt stock for my 1100 20 gauge. Wish I had now.

The 870 Buttstock is different the 1187 and 1100 will interchange.
