Taking a life long friend of mine and his son this morning to get his son his first deer. Have them set up on an oak ridge in a blind. I’m in another blind sitting over a food plot. Good luck and stay safe everyone.

Back in Wilkinson. Looking for a cull buck,or something big to put in the freezer. Everything is covered with Frost. Almost wish I was calling Coyotes this morning.!

Jumped 3 on the way in. Had a lone buck slip past us. And 2 more just out of range in front
Someone just unloaded everything they had down the road

Just had someone pop off three shots near my buddy and son. He said it wasn’t him so maybe that will push some there way.

Nothing seen so far, neighbor just shot once so maybe they’ll scare something this way. Duck hunters seemed to have had a decent morning.

I’ve only heard 1 rifle shot so far. My stomach is sounding like a 4-stroke dirt bike..hope I make it till 10 AM ..

No shots here only been a couple of squirrels..super dead woods..wind picking up

We have been covered up all morning. Had a heard of about eight walk by but she couldn't get a shot. Then had one little one wander out in the field and stop right next to us. Time to field dress.

Had two does filter through about 30 minutes ago, to thick for a shot. Woods are dead silent save a few distant birds, no breeze and warming up a bit.
