110 plug in 2016 F150

So we have a Christmas parade this weekend. I have a lighted sign with 4 led 8 watt bulbs and two 20 ft strands of rope lights. Will the 110 outlet in the cab of my truck be capable of running all the lights?

I don't see why not. My buddies outlet in his '18 f150 will run his little ryobi pancake compressor.

Rope lights? I can't imagine that whole setup going past 200 watts. So yeah. All day and then some
