Thanks everyone. Truck only has 97,000 original miles on it and is full time 4wd with automatic transmission and 351m. Still a lot work and money to go on it but one day.

Had one till the mid 90’s. Wish I had never sold it. It was rough, not a pavement queen at all. She took a lot of abuse in the huntin woods. Good luck with your restoration, looking good.

My old '86 square body Chevy Silverado. She stays inside my detached garage when I am not using it. Not a good picture of my old truck but a while back a man wanted to buy it and when I said its not for sale he asked if I would take 20k for it. I said no, prices on these old trucks like everything else has gone thru the roof.

There is a pretty one about 3 miles down the road from us sitting beside the highway with a for sale sign on it. I don't know what year that square body was built but I would imagine the man is asking a premium price for it. Its blue also.
