Mickey has some of, if not the best, flying birds I've used.

I know many of the birds that are delivered to SW Georgia commercial quail hunting plantations come from around Gainesville, Ga. A friend that works with me has them drop off smaller amounts (around 100) to him in Americus when they are making their larger deliveries.
