Bait cutting board.

I have tubular rails around my boat. I’m looking for a bait cutting board that would clamp to the rails like the drift master rod holders. Anyone have a link or a suggestion?

Thanks

I bought a piece of 3/4 aluminum angle at Lowes, bought a plastic cutting board at Walmart. Measured out the angle ehre I needed to make cuts at and cut a 90 degree notch in the bottom web of angle. Then bent it around the cutting board. Left it long enough on the long side that the angle would overlap an inch or so. Drilled a hole in it for a bolt, then tightened it down to a round driftmaster base. I left it just lose enough that when I didn't need it I could pivot it up. Worked great

Do you have a picture?

I was planning to make one out of starboard to fit in a rod holder but it was going to be a $200 project.

Best I can come up with. Make sure it is fastened good, I didn't and it bounced off on lake lmbo

How big should I make the top?

Big enough to fit whatever you cut for bait, and pieces
thereof?

Depending on how much you want to sink in $$ on it...
I'd probably rig it to fit a piece of PVC that would sit
in a gunwale rod holder.

For a quick & dirty rail mount--one of the cheap cutting
boards, slotted for two hose clamps to bind around rail?
Maybe some inner tube around rail, to enhance grip, and
still let it pivot for washdown...
