Barnes 110gr or 120 gr TAC-TX

I have a 300 blackout in a Ruger American and have both the 110 and 120 gr Barnes bullets. It has a 1:7 twist 16 in barrel. Which of the two would be most accurate at no more than 125 yds.

1:7 will handle both just fine, i bet accuracy will be similar, wont know til you try, I only have experience in 110gr out of a 1/8. No complaints.

I think the original loaded Barnes TAC-TX used a 120 grain pill. The guys who bought the ammo swore by it until it ultimately became impossible to get like everything else. I love Barnes just pricey, switched to 125 Nosler green tipped sizzlers under W296. good 100 yard zero that is dead on with my 220 subsonics at 50.

I would think the 120gr will be the most accurate , my .300bo is 1 in 8 twist and it wouldn't group the 110gr worth a flip, not compared to 125gr loads, that being said, the 110's would have been acceptable for hunting accuracy, about a 2-2/12 in group at 100yds, but the 125's were grouping right at an inch at 100yds. but since I'm an accuracy snob I won't use anything lighter than 120-125 gr
