Beagles for adoption

I know everyone wants a beagle from a reputable breeder, but for the poor man starting out, here you go.

if i'm needing a hunting dog then i will buy from a breeder or trainer, but i won't ever buy a dog as a pet.....way to many out there that need homes....but thats just me.....thanks for posting this BF....

In the late 50’s and 60’s all my dad had was non- registered beagles and we would kill 30 rabbits a weekend ? Them suckers could move a rabbit! According to your preference ? Never was ashamed of those beagles? The beagles you make reference to will make maybe some some good pet and some might even run a rabbit BUT they’ve been through enough in Virginia so I hope they find some great homes— signed an Old rabbit hunter?
