It is out there on this forum somewhere but here it is again. For one steak 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning 1 teaspoon Espresso Mix all ingredients and spread on both sides of steak. Let sit for at least one hour. Longer is even better.
