Cat on a deer

This looks like a leopard or some other cat head on this deers discolored area. Am I the only one seeing it. A buddy didnt.

Could be road rash. I hit a doe once and she fell and skidded down the asphalt about 50 feet as I was stopping.

Pretty good overall. Only notice it now when holding a pen or toothbrush or bump the permanent knot pretty good.
