Looks great! I did the Mississippi Pot roast for a family funeral meal yesterday. It's super easy in a crockpot, when done, add to a bed of rice or mashed potatoes. Google it, it's really good.

Blood otg that roast in a crockpot reminds me of my mom and her cooking. Fantastic! I can almost smell it even now.

My 2 sisters always chose that as their birthday meals.

Me, I was an idiot and wanted fajitas. What I would give for one last home cooked meal with my mom....

Gonna have to put the pot roast back in the line-up a lil' more often now. Thanks.

That looks like it went down easy!!! My favorite crockpot dish is cooking a whole deer neck in with some beans.
