Did I kill my white pine?

I had a lot of low hanging limbs, some were touching the roof of the house. I decided to climb it and de limb it on the way down.
Considering all the limbs I removed, do y’all think I killed the tree?

Doubt it, but 1Eye can tell you for sure.

Doubtful, unless the beetles find the raw spots. Whites loose lower limbs through attrition, closer they are to other trees the more they lose sooner. The ones you see that look like Christmas Trees are the lone standing out in the open ones. Wouldn't worry about it, looks like a fairly healthy tree from pics.

probably not, but if you got a pine touching your house it needs to go.....

Nah, you're good. Now the tree can push more water and nutrients to it's crown.
