Sometimes I add a bit of salt. Usually I use garlic powder (not garlic salt) instead.

I use on watermelon too. Kids and grandkids think I’m crazy

Salt on watermelon is great! I've always eaten it that way.

I have a coworker who's sodium count I bet is off the chart...

I taste first then add if needed. If me or the wife cooks it there is no need to add extra.

I taste it first....then go from there.

I tend to dose things heavily with pepper, though.

Course ground mixed peppercorns & mustard are my most used condiments.....followed by Crystal hot sauce & various brands of bbq sauce.
