Dove question?

Have lots of doves feeding on a power line I cut recently and planted in brown top millet. Broadcasted triple 19 on it today per my soil test results. Was wondering if the doves will consume the fertilizer now and if it will kill them if ingested? Any Intel?

They will not ingest fertilizer. Broadcasting is done all the time, it should not be a problem.

Appreciate it fellows. It just crossed my mind as I was flushing birds from the field while broadcasting.
