Early WMA Muzzleloader Buck...

Well I ain't got him yet, but a nice buck I saw last year is back running his same line of scrapes...

My scouting for this year's early hunt took about 10 minutes.

Now, if he'll just give me and the old Hawken a clean shot this year.

I'll know in less than 48 hours....

SC opens Friday at the local WMA for muzzle loader. Got my stuff ready. Already told the Boss I would be late and the Wife is going to feed animal's for me so I can go.

Well, the book is closed and I didn't see him again. Hunted the spot two mornings, and saw some deer, but nothing I wanted to kill.

Maybe he'll still be there next year...
