The way his contract is structured, it is essentially a 2 year deal with room to shift cap space. The Falcons substantially improved the QB position and they have the weapons and line for him to be successful. Cousins is coming from a system with a mediocre line, one legit receiving threat and no run game at all. But, when all is said and done, the next QB needs to be a priority still.
