NCH - I've got the basics covered pretty good. Got a feeling the cuisine served at your camp would include a much broader swath of goodness with home made sauces, recipes and other mouth-watering concoctions! But...I did make smash burgers on the Blackstone that you'd have been proud to eat...minus the home made fries.
