Finally got off work early enough to get some homemade semi-hot jalapeno pepper jelly made. Now getting up early enough tomorrow to cook up some spicy deer sausage and biscuits..... breakfast is gonna be off the hook tomorrow morning com on!

Love pepper jelly. On all kind of stuff too!!!

Sho is good, one with pepper jelly and one with mustard and cheese. Gonna have to add some cayenne to it next time....kick it up a few notches! It's good but it's not as hot as I like it, this will be a good batch for the better half of me! She likes it mild to med.
